ART (ADVANCED REFLEXOLOGY TECHNIQUES): Special Master Class with Tony Porter
This special, one day workshop given by Tony Porter, Founder/Director of
ART is open to all reflexologists and is designed to transform your technical
and therapeutic skills – making you a more effective and efficient
practitioner. The ART reflexology techniques work deeply and very effectively
with clients, while at the same time being gentler on the hands of the
practitioner, alleviating thumb strain and tiredness. Tony will be sharing his
34 years of clinical experience and demonstrating some of the ART techniques,
which delegates can easily learn and incorporate into their existing
techniques. Participants will receive a detailed manual and certificate of
attendance.

HEAVEN IN MY HEART with Nick Prater

ability to read music is necessary, just a willingness to open up and sing

THE METAMORPHIC TECHNIQUE and THE UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES with Gaston Saint-Pierre
We all have great potential, but owing to limiting beliefs that we hold
about ourselves and our lives, we tend to get stuck in particular patterns.
The Metamorphic Technique acts as a catalyst, gently enabling you to transform
your patterns, let go of past limitations and move forward in your life. The
Technique is gentle, non-invasive and easily learned, and it can be practised
following either workshop. Gaston Saint-Pierre is the Director of the
Metamorphic Association which he founded in 1980, and co-author of ‘The
Metamorphic Technique’. He lectures and teaches internationally.

AN INTRODUCTION TO INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE with Jacqueline May
Learn simple, effective ways to help friends, family and yourself to
de-stress and relax. You will learn massage techniques for the upper
back/shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The massage is carried out through light
clothing, with the recipient seated in a chair. Jacqueline was trained at the
London Centre of Indian Champissage, by Narendra Mehta, who first brought the
technique to England from India. She works as a holistic therapist, and is
also one of the founders of Joyous Isle.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) LEVEL 1 (AAMET approved course) with Norma Winnert
EFT is a gentle, remarkable technique that can permanently remove, or
greatly reduce, unwanted negative emotions and belief patterns. It also has
very impressive results with many physical issues. EFT is performed by ‘tuning
into’ the problem while tapping on certain meridian points on the body,
which rebalances the body’s energy system and the way the brain processes
the information. What makes it remarkable is the speed with which it
frequently works and its long-term effectiveness. It is a wonderful self- help
tool for adults and children to use. It is intended that by the end of the
workshop you will feel excited, motivated and sufficiently confident to start
using this technique for yourself, family and friends. If you are already a
health practitioner you will have mastered the basics enough to get very
significant results with clients straight away.
Norma is an Advanced EFT Practitioner (Level 3) and accredited AAMET trainer
who did her advanced training in America with Gary Craig, the founder of EFT.
This day will also prepare you, and is a prerequisite, for the full
Practitioner Level 2 training.

what you want out of life and how to achieve those things easily and in ways
that dovetail with the dreams of the other important people in your life.

of the NLP Practitioner Training (starting Autumn 2008).

EFT PRACTITIONER TRAINING
(LEVEL 2) with Norma
Winnert
This AAMET accredited course is designed to take you from beginner to more
competent EFT Practitioner. We will actually go beyond basic accreditation
requirements. There will plenty of practice sessions, working on real issues,
as we cover a variety of topics and creative methods of applying EFT. As well
as working on protocols for various emotional, psychological and physical
problems and uncovering core issues we will also be looking at EFT`s positive
application with such things as sports performance and public speaking. You
will also learn how to use EFT imaginatively with children.
Certification will be granted on satisfactory completion of this course,
together with a written exam (or audio equivalent if circumstances require)
and case study submitted within 30 days of the course. Students must have
taken EFT level 1 or previously agreed equivalent prior to attending this
course.

DANCE AROUND THE WORLD with Kirsteen Freer
A fun day of lively dances from around the world. Enjoy the beautiful,
lyrical melodies, unusual harmonies and rhythms of traditional and
contemporary folk dances. We dance in circles and lines, so no partners are
needed. To add to the enjoyment of the day, we will be joined by the band
Chaotikos in the afternoon.
